WHICH NAME IS BETTER?

i'm setting up a online store selling clothes, using my domain as my brand name as well..
i'm down to last 2 options..

insidemywardrobe
inmywardrobe

which is better for a brand name?

the latter is snappier, more of a soundbite and just abit naughty. good branding always caters to the lowest common denominator of your target market.
some signatures are more equal than others

Yes, if I had to choose I would take the second one as well. But I still think better names do exist.

considering the poster's handle, the choice might be delibrate
some signatures are more equal than others

Sorry to say, I think neither one is catchy enough especially if it is to be online. Do try searching for something shorter than this.

I think you should try to come up with a different name. Something catchier.

I have a special name in mind (and it is still available as a .com.sg) but do not know if it is suitable for your e-business. What kind of clothes are you selling?

I guess it is called marketing, isn't it?

Price, promotion, product, marketplace, that's what counts.

Depending on what you sell for which price to whom, a name should attract that. And also know the characteristics of online webshops and choose a name accordingly.

I suggest you do some google searches on online competitors, if you already haven't done so.

Oriental, good business sense there... :wink:
