We're thinking of bringing our 45 lb dog and a cat. Both are used to staying indoors, I'm just worried that bringing them will make it hard to find a good place to live.
Is it difficult to find a furnished apt that will allow our animals? Can you get a landed house that is furnished? What are the general rules for landed houses and pets?
Price range will be $3000-$3000 SGD. Location preferences unknown - will be working on the west central part of town.
Bianca,
Depending on where you are renting, some houses are already furnished by the owners themselves. However, if you are planning to come to Singapore without any furniture, you can request to our Leasing Consultants that you would require a house fully furnished, vice versa if you are coming here with all your furniture.
Every
condominiums has their house rules, some
condos only permit dogs and other pets within a certain size. Some landlords are against pets whereas some are fine with pets. Again, you would need to specify to our Leasing Consultants that you will be bringing your pets along, so that we can do a pre-check with the Landlords first.
