You might want to try West Bay
condo or West Cove condo at west coast rd. West Cove condo has newer building but slightly more expensive. Both of them have good facilities such as swimming pool, gym and tennis court.
Furthermore, it is still within walking distance to major hawker centre and wet market as well as to supermarkets such as shop n'save (at Ginza Plaza) or Sheng Shiong. There are couple of buses passing outside the compound; some of them even go directly to city area such as Orchard rd, Bugis etc.
