make-up and dress hire in Singapore?
Any one know of any where/one that would do make-up and possibly hair for a group of girls before we go out? Also anyone found any evening wear hire shops in singapore. A general search by google didn't bring up anything. got a black tie work evening coming up and don't really want to buy, but any suggestions welcome x
