Hey All,

Good news! I managed to booked 2 bbq pit at my place for 31st Dec from 4-11pm. We can use this for the year end party!
So now I've got the place.
Who is the main organiser? Food cordinator? and etc???
Lets hear from the floor and get this going!

Cheers!

Everybody can just contribute either money if we're just going to order from a certain place like the meat, veggies, etc.
Maybe drinks can be contributed by the ones who come?
Or everything is ordered from one place and the cost is divided equally among who come, less hassle too maybe.
I know a place to order as I had my own bbq in June, let me know if you need it.
Cheers for the booking, very nice of you to do that.

hi lionbeing...

i wouldn't reallly encourage ordering and advance booking,,
most people tends to back out last minute....so if you have 50 people says they are coming, and you got 25 people came, then its considered a success....
so do you still want to take that risk kimi?

hehe.....the problem with meeting strangers in forum for the first time is that there's no commitment....that's one of the drawbacks...
but then,
it's always worth taking risk to meet people....you'll be surprised to meet wonderful n fun people here.....n they'll be your friends....
let's just try to minimize the risk :P

Sorry :( 31st is no good as I already have another gathering. You guys enjoy.

Rainy, you still free on 24th? Shall we arrange 1 small get together? Haven't seen the rest for a while.

Oh yah, you may want to put down the location of the condo first...at least east west etc....might be easier to plan
