hi everyone. I am tempted to buy a unit in 2 RVG--river valley road and river valley grove junction. here are some concerns and I would like to hear your thoughts.
1. I know river valley is generally a good area and the condo is in district 9. reasonable price too. YET, there is a project called "pacific mansion" on the same block--across the street--which has a bad reputation. rumor has it that the property price has been pulled down just for that. anybody knows about the situation??
2. How bad is the afternoon sun? one of my bedrooms and the sitting room would face west. i heard that singaporeans have significant problems with afternoon sun--and precisely, those units facing west in every single property turn out to be the cheaper ones yet still harder to sell. so, what is so bad about it, except for a bigger utility bill?
