how is the response of bb nite wear in sg? do they go for quality, design or it must be cheap?? what are the price ranges?

It's only normal wear and tear in my unit ie: floor scratch, cupboard inge not tight..but landlord wants to deduct deposit for small items like...

Soon to change apartments and recently our landlord came and did a pictures of the unit.
After that we did get a quote for wall cracks and stains...
