hi...i would like to know what are the FACTORS to look into if opening a food n beverage kiosk?

venue? renovation = any contacts? design of the outlet? refrigater?........
i refering to food n beverage kiosks example like old chang kee.....

btw how to get the licence of selling food n beverage in this type of kiosks??
