Hi anyone knows where can I find a cobbler?

I believe there is one along the sidewalk next to Specialist Shopping Centre... do not know his operating time though... :-|

Holland Village has them near the newspapers stands, otherwise you can go to Mister Minit, but the prices would be higher.

Also in front of Tanglin Shopping Centre, what I consider to be Singapore's best smelling mall...

No, no. Not Tanglin Mall, the old one: Tanglin Shopping Centre. Its full of antiques, so it smells of incense and sandlewood and teak oil, I love it.

We bought a tibetan chest there years ago, the inside still smells like the monastary it came from. Plus there's Bombay Woodlands, yum.
