Yup most cultures have different versions of cooking the humble spud.I love potatoes and find it to be extremely versatile in cooking. Fried, boiled mashed,curried or baked, it always manages to taste just great.

Vaucluse, I have to admit I missed reading your posts too esp. the witticisms you're able to spout seemingly effortlessly.

Are you all moved in and settled yet? I hate moving , nope that's not right, what I mean is I detest packing and unpacking. Moving's sort of an adventure for me.

All moved and settled in, thanks - and moving used to be fun, until you have kids, then it's ugh . . . Travelling is still greatest, though.
