Help neeed on IT related business plans

Does anyone have any recommended website or book that can guide me in the art of writing a proper IT related business plan? I'm in the process of doing this so I can register a business here in Singapore and get my EntrePass. I have searched high and low on the net and haven't been able to find any decent IT business plans. Thanks to anyone for your help.

Drop me an email and I will send you at least the table of contents of mine and suggest a good biz plan piece of software. Actually, the software is called Business Plan Pro from Palo Alto software... lots of templates and intgrates word, excel, etc. to produce pretty graphs that can readily be changed.
