Morning to you too Bubbs. Always nice to see you here. :)

I guess I should leave, I'm missing out words...not the best day for me.

Sapph........

If you believe in astrology, and happen to be an air sign especially....gemini, aquarius, libra........then mercury is retrograde from this morning till Dec 8th, so all things will slow up, or go a bit scatty....

Everyone will be affected, but the air signs most of all..........

That's if you're into that stuff........

Now I'm gonna get a zillion replies saying I'm nutty, ah well!
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Fair enough, since a lot of you know each other in the real world.

Lots of "internet tigers" out there though. I reserve real opinions on people for the real world. Hasty, uninformed, vitriolic, and harsh opinions - those I reserve for the internet!

sapphire is right, doesn't have the same ring to it. and as long as people understand, why not? anyway just for you, take your pick:

Rebutt or Depart?

Violence or Silence?

Lash Out or Back Out?

Bitch or Hitch?

Defy or Pacify?

Hiss or Kiss?

:D

oh eric dear, you are excused;
men, as usual, are so confused.

the favour i seek is not what you think,
so take your mind out of the sink! :P

the gentleman i speak of did not like my title,
so i gave some options, though it was not vital.

and once having started, the rhymes were so fun;
now i can't stop, aren't i a silly one?

Don’t tell me, Wind in My Hair,
That you are also a poem lover!

I also indeed enjoy, even if, like Moliere
May I say, in French it’s easier!

Here is another reason you see
With you to always agree

Now please accept my only request
At the next SADC, be our special guest!

I insist, don’t give to Sapphire the opening
To be the first forum member you will be meeting

Sorry but I think the "Holy Animal"
Will only find that normal

You better be appearing
At our Saturday gathering

There you will meet pretty boy
Wham and Holland lad, what a joy!

You can’t say it’s a late meeting
Since it is early evening

And there also will be Vaucluse
So you see, you have no excuse!

And remember, this is supposed to be for men only,
So this is a great honour you will have, really!
La vie est trop courte, profitons de chaque instant

i'm glad you like them, though they are plain
at least my efforts have not been in vain! :D

you are too kind, dear worldly traveller;
just some bored musings of a simple reveller. :wink:

CD, mon ami, what a grand honour!
to be asked to join your little cadre.

with you, and eric, and vaucluse, and wham;
who could resist the forum's grand slam?

this saturday though, i'll be out of town;
t'was planned long ago, so don't give that frown.

but since we like rhymes, us silly hicks,
let's carry on with our limericks!
