I have an American drivers license from Hawaii.
I work offshore, but live in Singapore. I don't have a PR nor do I have an employment Pass because I'm alway's offshore. I want to buy a motorcycle to get around when I'm home. My question is, can I buy a motorcycle in Singapore without a PR or employment pass. Would I be able to register this bike, and get insurance. or maybe perhaps buy one elsewhere then bring it into the country. What would the problems be with that?? I also woundered if they have motorcycle rental in singapore. I know I can rent a car, but what about a motorcycle??? That way I'll just rent While I'm home, return the bike and save the money while I'm away.
