cheap flights from Bangkok?

Post by Carpe Diem » Thu, 27 Oct 2005 5:23 pm

Hi there,

One of my friends' son just started a 6 month program in a University in Bangkok and he would like to come over to Singapore quite often.

As a student he is of course trying to save every single cent, and he asked me what would be the cheapest way to travel back and forth?

I have told him to check with airlines such as Tiger or Jet Asia. Any other good suggestion?

Thanks for your answers!

www.airasia.com
www.tigerairways.com
www.jetstarasia.com

Those are all the budgetcarriers for the BKK - SIN route.

Nope...

Both Bangkokair and Nokair, two other local Thai carriers, do not fly the route to Singapore.

you could use http://www.zuji.com, there are times when they might have some promotion info on airlines besides the budget carriers... could come in handy ... who knows ?

The three mentioned are the only budget carriers to fly this route - quite a few if you think about it.

Rememeber that usually if you book well in advance the tickets are cheaper.

As a student in Bangkok . . . My oh my - the mind boggles
