Fitness Boot Camp

Post by CHI » Tue, 25 Oct 2005 2:38 pm

If anyone is looking to have some fun while they get fit and loose weight. They should try the new Fitness Bootcamp in the Botanical Gardens twice per week. Beats pounding away on a boring treadmill, and it is more effective.

we meet up bright and early on Tues and Thurs, and spend an hour doing circuits, sprints, fun active games etc... With a fitness test pre and post you get to measure how much improvement you can make. Best thing is it's different every session so we don't get bored. email info@chi.com.sg for more info

Alas, not free i am afraid, but very good value. Actually the venue has been changed to Fort Canning to make it easier to get to. Groups are kept pretty small so you can be assured you won't get away with slacking off.
