Hi! Read much about the 7 day diet in magazines and papers but can't find it anywhere. And its as good as eating normal meals and it allows you to lose weight at the same time n stop hunger craving. Can anyone tell me where to get it?

I haven't tried the 7 day diet. Have been looking for it. A lot of my friends have also been talking about it but we have not seen it in the market yet. Maybe they havent bring it into Singapore yet. Hard it allows u to lose weight in 7 days and maintains your weight after that.
I have heard of detox also. I think it does help to maintain your weight. Coz it actually cleanses your system. Which product are you taking now?

- Reduced Calories (about 155 calories only)
- Reduced Carbs (insulin thingy)
- Low Fat (less fat)
- Fibre Source (fullness + bowel)
- Reduced Sodium (reduce water retention)
They also help to lower blood sugar level and most importantly they taste extremely good to me xD

Yeah of course she didn't slim down in 7 days. But its really obvious that she slim down quite a bit and rather fast since she started appearing on TV. But I guess it helps by maintaining her diet (by taking that 7daydiet meal replacement thing) and controlling food intake. Judging from her built, dun think she is a person tat would exercise alot.
