where to shop?

Post by hj311 » Mon, 24 Oct 2005 11:47 pm

hi,
i've recently moved to singapore after spending a year in hong kong. i was told that there were a lot of high-end boutiques and department stores for shopping lovers like myself here, but am very disappointed after spending a few weeks in the orchard area. the boutiques seem just too small without much in stock. i've been to ngee ann city, takashimaya, paragon, the hilton hotel, the four seasons hotel, the forum, and isetan. are those about the only places people go for high-end shopping? there must be some other places that i am missing out. please help!

There're some really interesting house parties hosted in condos around Singapore, have you been to any? They're really fun if you're looking for interesting cult brands. I know couragemyloveonline.com and tsky.com hosts them once in a while.
