Don't know where exactly but I would say it was taken inside a MRT tunnel while cruising full speed!

CD, spot on. To be more correct it would be the NEL (taken on the opening weekend before they decided the public didn't need to see the train in front that they were about to crash into (so they now keep the shutters down in the leading car) Apparently some were getting heart palpatations watching it. My kids loved it.

Darn, I was drooling on the fact that this one was easy to guess, then you throw in your second question. :( This is cheating, not fair!
