As CD already said after 1981 guess I'll have to give it to you. It was NDP @ Padang in 1982 Singapore's 16th national day. It was the first year I was in Singapore. guess I went to about 3 of them there. Not many highrise buildings back then. I've seen a lot of changes in the 23 years I've been here.
