Btw, I don't know what's that particular green area called, just give me the location so no one has to cry foul.
Oh CD, while you were away, I guessed one other place correctly also! *now even prouder*

Saffy- Could the 'stump' and the blue rails be the giveaway clues?

Ok here's a clue, its in front of a hospital. That's a damn good clue now!
