It's the Pacita Abad bridge, god rest her artistic soul. Completed shortly before she died a few years ago.

I was merely 'fleshing out' her obviously correct answer and taking the opportunity to remind myself and perhaps other, what a generous spirit Pacita had. We brought a group of 5th graders to her studio a few years ago, she couldn't have been any nicer or giving, despite her health. I am never that nice, just ask Mr. Bailey.

That's right Sapphire & Mary :) She has such wonderful spirits & I love the colors she brought into this world, so brillant & joyful :)
