I doubt it - couple of reasons. Work constraints is the major one, the other is I am not 100% sure about meeting people I chat to on-line. No offense intended to anyone here, but I don't know, I am a bit lost for words. I guess I can't get over the stigma attached to meeting people over the internet.
Sorry if that makes me an anti-social idiot, or a fool for not wanting to give it a chance. I enjoy the social interaction I have here & I kinda want to keep it the way it is. Does that make any sense?
désolé mon ami

If it makes sense to you, it makes sense, right? It's your life Baron...
All I can say is that I have even more fun offline with quite a few of those i 'met' here online.
But if you feel comfortable online, who are we to say you should meet us offline?

You don't have to be sorry, I can understand you.
Let's have a beer anyway, here's for you!
And if you ever change your mind, we'll have another one later!
Take care.

hey, i know how you feel. took me a long time chatting online before i got round to meeting anyone, and actually all my experiences have been good cos online is a good way to suss out people anyway before you meet.
so don't feel bad. it's nice to have you online. i also like this forum cos we get to 'socialise' in our bits and bites of free time. soooo convenient!

I'd say the spotlights on for Wind in my hair, and of course a fan blowing in her direction...

This thread is definitely not for me, how can I be nice? If I'd be nice, I wouldn't be Sapphire!
P.S. It took quite a bit out of me to apologise to MorningGlory, enough for this year.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

First post
Have a make a short visit to Tokyo, can anyone recommend a nice, affordable hotel with shops and eateries downstairs?

Totally agree… you definitely have to consider the overall itinerary, objectives, and even the people who are tagging along to see what location...
