really need some advice from kind souls out there.
I realised these recent months always about 2 wks b4 my menses i get hungry so easily and i kept eating n eating non stop! I would say i am gorging down all my food, i can have like coffee n 1 packet of Dry Mee Pok for breakfast, 1 big(and i mean really a lot of rice)plate of mixed vege rice for lunch t/a i can eat 1 whole Snickers and after work when i reached home i can still gorge down big bowl of rice or noodles then can still stuff down 1 whole fruit like apple or pear! I actually felt very sick & bloated eating so much but i just can't control my hunger pangs during this period, i've even been taking Evening Prim Rose oil to control my these PMS symtoms for a couple of months liao it just can't seems to work, i just kept on putting weight but once my menses come all my hunger pangs will stop but the damaged is already done my kilos just won't go down n i really don't exercise much also.
So anyone out there has got a good remedy to get rid of such PMS syntoms??
