Post by KT » Mon, 17 Oct 2005 2:27 pm

with bond being mentioned in the news recently .... this one had to be asked ... whats your all time favourite bond movie ?

Also i m hoping with so much about AIDS, safe sex and all , the future bond movies will show our double agent pull out a condom for once.

All Bond movies starring Sean Connery were good, yes ALL!
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

I'm with you as always Sapphire. SC was the best Bond. Have you ever seen Celebrity Jeopoary on Saturday Night Live? Try the "Below Me' episode. You may gain a greater respect for Sean even now:

I do have a great appreciation of SC - the accent, those tight speedos in one of the Bond movies (or more than one??), his chauvinistic comments that were still acceptable (somehow).

My favourite is Pierce though. I saw him in the flesh, relatively close up (say 10 metres away) at a film preview for 'The Thomas Crowne Affair', and he is really georgeous. I had expected leathery, yellowy, made-up skin - but he was very tasty. My, oh my. :o

Coming back to the actual question:

I think my favourite was Goldfinger: it had pretty much everything - Oddjob with bowler hat, Pussy Galore, Austin Martin with ejection seat and other gadgets....plenty of cheesy one-liners...did we get to see SC in trunks in Goldfinder?????
