Anyone has any idea how different this is to conventional Yoga?

Can't seem to find anything on the web on this.

Thanks

The basic difference between "normal" yoga and yoga during or after pregnancy is that you have to remember that joints are a lot more flexible due to hormones, so don't overdo it.

Soon after bub, if you are still bleeding, no upside down poses (same as if you are menstruating). Hwever, these are fine during pregnancy, and in fact are hugely (no pun intended!) beneficial for avoiding varicose veins and getting some pressure off your pelvis.

Tonnes of pelvis floor squeezes throughout too.
