Preschool recommendations Tanjong Pagar

My son will be 3 years old this December and we want him to go to preschool to learn reading, math, and Mandarin as well as interacting with children his own age.

Can anyone recommend a good preschool in the Tanjong Pagar area that meets these requirements?

There is a good preschool/montessori for your child at Robinson Road.
