If it's Paper wrapped chicken, then it's a Chinese recipe, which consists of marinated chicken that is wrapped in paper and cooked.

That sounds more like salt baked chicken, which comes wrapped in paper too.

I dunno why, but the image I got when I first read the title was something like chicken, sliced Japanese shabu shabu style, only thinner. :?

Isn't those Chinese Dim Sum's Paper Wrapped Chicken?
They wrap in those clear brown paper and steam the chicken?

u can get it any chinese restaurant..dim sum's restaurant to be precise

It is a smallish piece of chicken then parcelled in really thin race paper. You eat the whole thing. It's just an small appertiser but ohhh so yummy...
