If it's Paper wrapped chicken, then it's a Chinese recipe, which consists of marinated chicken that is wrapped in paper and cooked.

That sounds more like salt baked chicken, which comes wrapped in paper too.
I dunno why, but the image I got when I first read the title was something like chicken, sliced Japanese shabu shabu style, only thinner.

Isn't those Chinese Dim Sum's Paper Wrapped Chicken?
They wrap in those clear brown paper and steam the chicken?
u can get it any chinese restaurant..dim sum's restaurant to be precise

It is a smallish piece of chicken then parcelled in really thin race paper. You eat the whole thing. It's just an small appertiser but ohhh so yummy...
