Name change and dual citizenship

If i don't wish to change my name in my singapore passport but do so in my other passport, does it affect in any way?

Your question doesn't make much sense, do you mean married name as change of name or something else? Think you need to elaborate a little

Not necessary unless you are applying for SGC. But must always use your Russian PP when renewing your REP if you were granted PR using that...
