What is the rate here for translation between Japanese-English (both ways), Indonesian-English (both ways), German-English (both ways)?
And how can one make oneself to be a certified translator here?

I have absolutely no idea about the going rates. The legal community (courts, police) uses translators quite a lot and would usually have a list of certified persons from the various embassies and consulates.
