loose weight + about slimming bath gel

Post by sh0rty » Sun, 09 Oct 2005 2:02 am

hi.

i'm 18years old, with the height of 153 and weighing 47-48kg, and is rather plump. the main problem is with my calves & thighs, and maybe a little of my arms and tummy. my friends commented that my body size is ok except for my legs. some even said it looked like "elephant's leg", though they were just joking. mayb they'r jus huge/swollen.

i heard that jogging will make legs [calves&thights] bigger.
is it true?

btw, my sister has this problem too. i wonder if its our genes.
if so, is it possible to still slim down? :-|
We thought of trying those "slimming bath gels"
like those of guardian pharmacy, instead of slimming pills.
but do u think those will work?

can anyone give some advice? thanks alot.

it really depends on the body. For me, i use the "chong liang shou" i have to rub hard for a long time before i feel the burn. Until then i'm damn tired already. So after sometime i get lazy to use them already. My hubby, rub a bit already feel hot..so it's more effective for him than me. Maybe my skin thicker. hahaa

Hi .. if u r keen on slimming gel, want to introduce the one that i use ..
See my posts in the other thread "weight lost fer teenagers"

I have highlighted the benefits of the Gel in BOLD

Gel Amincissante
In sync with urbanites' comprehensive healthcare needs, the concept of body aesthetics has evolved from the blind emphasis on body sculpturing to its correct understanding. In reality, fats are easily accumulated in the body due to excessive intake of calories, resulting in its inability to be consumed, as well as ineffective metabolism and circulation. Of course, diet control and frequent exercise are channels for remedy. Urbanites are also starting to indulge in the fragrance of spa, allowing plant essential oils to sculpture elegant and fluid contours for their bodies.

The origins of plant essential oils have been lost in textual research. However, since the dawn of civilisation, the usage of natural plant essential oils has been found in recorded history. Essential oils were popular among the ancient Egyptians, who used them for medical and beauty purposes. Due to their chemical stability, they have also become top-grade aromatic essence much sought after by high society ladies of Europe. Their magical effects can also be gleaned from traditional Chinese medicinal records.

Components and Effects

Gel Amincissante is extracted from seven kinds of natural plant essential oils. Besides its ability to penetrate the capillary to bring chi to the surface layer of the skin, it can also enhance blood circulation, reduce the accumulation of fats and invigorate the meridian and bones, achieving the Chinese medical effect of cupping and scrapping and effectively alleviating fatigue and rheumatism.

Gel Amincissante is extracted from peppermint, essential oil complex, cane, rosemary, gulfweed, marjoram, thyme and other plants. Their effects are as follows:

Peppermint and Marjoram: Famous for their warming effects on the spirit and physique. As they promote the expansion of capillary below the skin, they are hence very effective for alleviating muscle fatigue, tightness and pain resulting from vigorous exercise.

Gulfweed and Cane: Able to effectively penetrate the skin, enhance blood circulation, strengthen the in-depth lymphatic lead, purge accumulated moisture and toxins and promote the decomposition and metabolism of fats, infusing vitality and vigour into the skin organisation.

Rosemary: Has a wide variety of uses. Besides its ability to kill germs and purify the air, it can also stimulate blood circulation and enhance metabolism to achieve a refined and sculptured posture within a short period of time.

Thyme: Similar to many other essential oils, it is infused with either stimulating or calming functions or a balance of both that invigorates the spirit and aids in sleep. Its unique function enables it to relieve rheumatism.

Essential oil complex: Contains seaweed extract which can reduce fats and attain slimming results.

All in all, Gel Amincissante helps in slimming, weight control, blood circulation and metabolism and alleviates rheumatism, arthritis, bruises, inflammation, swelling, muscle ache and other symptoms.

Usage: Cleanse skin thoroughly and apply a thin layer of gel in the morning and night daily. Do not wipe or rinse off as the gel will dry naturally. The light gel is refreshingly cool and not oily at all. Your skin will turn red and heat up after 1 minute. This is normal as the ingredients are taking effect in enhancing blood circulation and metabolism of fats. This product is equally suitable for people not affected by weight problems. Adjust the measure according to individual needs.

Ehmm.. basically there are handful (or many) ladies who are lazy and/or busy, that is why they spent bombs on slimming centre to lose weight. And of course, it is also most effective (if u go to the correct slimming centre). We go for results! :) And of course, nothing is free in this world. U pay higher $, u get higher quality. Not for all.. but for MOST.

Same like ladies go to saloon, do their hair .. not cheap.. but it makes them look pretty! And that is what matters... :D So to get something, are u willing to sacrifice and give ..?!?

I dunno for u, i rather pay $200 for something really GOOD! than $50-$100 .. for something that is less effective, or maybe in turn affect my health or skin ..etc And it is true! Take for eg, my first rebonding is at Kimage.. very ex. but i love it so much. And later, i told myself.. there are others that provide cheaper ones.. by half price .. so i went to save some cost .. and in the end, i am trully disappointed in the results. So i went to redo in another saloon.. who asked me to do curl instead.. And the curl also sucks! As a result, i am stuck with BAD hair.. for 1yrs.. how i hated my hair .. but i cannot do anything abt it coz it will further damage my hair. I learn my lessons, and i shall not go for just cheap ones.. so i go back to Kimage after letting my hair rest for 1 1/2yrs.. Very willingly to pay for the service.. though it is much ex compared to outside. And i am glad.. coz I love my hair now..

I think if u want to go the cheapest way, cannot afford to be lazy.. and busy... :P

In whatever options u take, intake is very impt.
That meant what u eat...

To gain weight, INTAKE > Calories burnt
To maintain weight, INTAKE = Calories burnt
To lose weight, INTAKE < Calories burnt

Simple theory huh?? Not so simple to carry out though.. :P

U can try to have no or low carbo diet.. and also low/no sugar diet
That is abstain from rice, noodle, bread, potato, flour... etc
If u need to eat those, eat in morning and afternoon.
Heavy breakfast, good lunch and light dinner .. No supper, girls!

You can email me at [email protected], I can give you some advise on this. or call me at +6594527808

You might like to try slimming ampoules. I have customers who feedback to me and said it very good. You just have to massage into that area.

It is going at $55 for 10 bottles (3ml each) or slimming massage oil at 500ml for $55.
