In whatever options u take, intake is very impt.
That meant what u eat...

To gain weight, INTAKE > Calories burnt
To maintain weight, INTAKE = Calories burnt
To lose weight, INTAKE < Calories burnt

Simple theory huh?? Not so simple to carry out though..

U can try to have no or low carbo diet.. and also low/no sugar diet
That is abstain from rice, noodle, bread, potato, flour... etc
If u need to eat those, eat in morning and afternoon.
Heavy breakfast, good lunch and light dinner .. No supper, girls!

Start by this..
and exercise ... can try swimming ..
Remember to do exercise fast and not with resistance...
that meant .. u can do running in the gym running machine, but do not put it at an angle .. That will meant more resistance for u .. so it will then create muscles and make u bigger... :?

Cheers,
take care

Use Lotus aromatherapy .. can help reduce water retention problem.. coz it is herbs based .. and got 'cooling' effect ..

Rose helps in a lot of other manners relating to Women's needs.. I put my hands up for ROSE!

nutsabtweight: perhaps u can join a gym. Exercise. :] Thats the most healthy; though not the easiest cause you need to be consistent and need motivation. But if you don't mind, you can work out with me :0

Also be careful with ur daily food intake. Eat more protein food and less carbo(never ask u dun eat hor!) . Drink alot of water.

Have a target goal weight too

Before going in all directions with pills, gels, creams and other stuff, you better first get a decent diagnosys first, get it from a GP or proper specialist, not from forums.
Take their advice instead of ordinary citizens on the forums like us.
