weight lost fer teenagers

i haf problems with my underarms, tummy, thighs, calves.
the tummy, calves & thighs esp.

i've been exercising and montioring my diet & i did lose 2 kg.

but i've noticed that has my calves become bigger?
after jogging???

hmmm.. im not sure, as a girl, having big calves and thighs is not flattering at all. it'll look like a guy's leg. :( and my calves already look
big i dont want it bigger.
can anyone help me on making my calves & thighs slimmer?

i weigh 69kg now & my height is 1.64m. and im 17yrs old.

anyone can help me or advice me on weight lost too?
always look on da bright side of life.
being positive is being happy.
it helps in losing weight too. haha.

hey,

i have big thighs n calves too.But i've noticed them to lessen a bit since i stopped eating rice so much like last time.My mum said it's probably genes.But she have normal legs,not like mine.Hers are much more lady-like....but,for u,u jog quite a lot maebe..those thighs n calves became bigger probably because u developed muscles at those places.Just take care of you diet,and make sure you have a healthy diet everyday.Eat three times daily.don't take slimming pills.Its not healthy.
i hate me eyebrows!

Your tights get bigger due to exercise. I think you did quite a lot og jogging right? Maybe you can switch to other exercises?

hmm.. u said about eating lessser rice.
like her, i got huge calves n tights too.
and i'm a super small eater.
if i eat a little bit more, i tend to gain weight.
and even after the little blt more, i hardly finish 3/4 of normal hawker centre portion. the amount of rice is eat is like only 4 - 5 full spoons [not a mountain full type]. n my aunt commented it was "countable" -.-
u got any suggestions?

hi. well first you can try to clean up your diet, to lose more weight. if you can take brown rice, instead of white..whole grain bread instead of white bread..try to do different exercises, like skipping, dancing, aerobics, pilates. if you do different workouts, its more effective. drink alot of water, it keeps your metabolism high, and cleanses impurities. green tea is also good. try eating more fruits and vegetables...if you want to lose weight you have to do atleast 45minutes atleast 4times a week, from what i heard. if you want to slim down your thighs, maybe brisk walking, climbing up the stairs, would help. and also, instead of eating 3 meals a day, eat six smaller portions to keep metabolism high.

anyway to slim the tighs and calves? ^^ i do skipping but it doesn't seemed to work... how long should i do skipping for like one time? is 20-30 minutes enough?

and how do you slim one calve? ^^|| i know this sounds weird but becaues i had fratured my other leg i had to use one leg on crutches to walk... that was a couple of years back. now the other leg is bigger than the other... >_< help!! >_<

Well if you're just looking for weight loss or cellulite reduction in specific areas, you can try carboxytherapy. Its quite effective but a little unconfortable. 1-2 sessions and I could see some results on my thighs. Not too expensive, about $100-$200 per area. There is an Australian trained doctor whom I go to nearby at Goldhill Plaza. (spring laser clinic). Anyway, I hope this helps.

Hi..
u can use SLIMMING GEL to make ur legs and hands smaller..
coz it helps to burn the fats and regulates the blood flow..
I use mine on my hands.. much much better than previously..
Has hot burning feel.. but only at the beginning..

Slimming gel has to be used on a long-term basis...must be consistent also, and it only helps to smooth out cellulite, dun think it can help much with the fats though..

Just sharing a good product which i personally experienced myself and like its results.

Let me know if u need more info..

I also got lots of other method to reduce weight.. hehe :D Well .. trial and error.. come up with my own style .. which works very well for me. It involves both internal and external factors .. Nothing too vigourous coz i myself am very busy and a bit lazy.. :oops: :P
