Has anyone tried or is even thinking about going to this spa? I recommend you not.
They seem to have good deals: ie SG$20 for a facial for first time customers. Called to book for one, walk in just today to have the facial done and they requested for my ID number. I mentioned i only had an employment pass and did not bring it along. The beauty therapist attending to me was initially hesistant at first, but finally said it was ok for me to go ahead with the facial. 2 minutes later while i'm filling in the customer details profile, her manager walks in and says sorry that treatment cant be offered to me since i'm not a singapore citizen or PR and says that i would have to leave!!!
i ask her why this wasnt mentioned earlier when i made the booking, esp after me wasting my time going all the way to the spa. She just said sorry nothing can be done n grabbed my customer profile paper. I stopped her as i didnt want her to have my personal details, n then she starts tearing the paper up & tells me thank you, indicating i should leave.
Definitely lacks professionalism & consistency in the services.
