Renting accommodation from JTC Corporation ?

Hi,
While searching for accommodation online, I found this website that offer to assist in finding accommodation for expats. http://www.jtc.gov.sg/
It sounds quite ok and the condition not that bad. Anyone here try before ? Are they reliable ? Thanks.
