Individual Medical Insurance

Post by SwingMonkey » Thu, 06 Oct 2005 3:25 pm

Now that I am - Joy of Joys!!! - re-joining the ranks of the unemployed for a time, I'm going to have to organise my own medical insurance for a bit (I'm got used to having full medical cover under my corporate insurance plan).

My company has been with Aviva who were pretty good. Does anyone else have any experience or recomendations with International Medical Insurance on an individual basis in Singapore?

Greatly Appreciated :P
Putting the 'fun' back in Dys-FUN-ctional :P

Yes, I maintain expat insurance. For very good coverage which includes emergency evac from any country, repatriation to home country in case of severe illness, and insurance that pays pretty much everything except doctor visits, expect to pay US $2400 if you want US coverage, about $1600 if no US coverage. PM me if you want more information. Other less expensive plans available.
