Can somebody tell us if there is any expat actors or theater groups in Singapore with caucasian actors?

I suppose it would depend on whether the play calls for caucasian actors.

Two years ago, 3 expat wives appeared in the
"The Expat Wife"
produced by Hotcurrie Theatre

Perhaps you could contact the theatre groups directly and find out what plays they are planning to put up and whether there are parts available for caucasian actors.

No, there used to be community theater companies with expat memebers, but they have evaporated in recent years. know they a re sorely missed. It would be nice to see them come back, just takes the right volunteers.
When you go in for a job interview, I think a good thing to ask is if they ever press charges.
