Welcome Back Eric! I used to work on a farm and would get stung quite often - but i have never heard of such a serious reaction to a wasp. I am curious to know if this type of wasp is particularly dangerous or if it was more of an allergic reaction that you had. If you dig up any more info please keep us posted. I take the girls up to Sungei on the weekends sometimes and you now have me worried... Glad to hear you are ok!

All this attention, I just love it!

It wasn't an allergic reaction accordiong to what the doctor told me, it is the nature of these hornet stings / bites, like sms explained.

You know what is the most depressing of all this though?

Me having to finish this antibiotics treatment for another week, which basically means I cannot drink any alcohol for more than 2 weeks! Now that is horror, isn't it? :cry:
