what kind of exercise to lose weight?

I should be of assistance here. I have been working as a gym instructor for the past 19 years and vast experience giving personal training to people from all professions and body shapes. Nothing works better than a good workout for sure and combined with the right and healthy choice of fat burners, you will for sure be able to shield some extra weight. Losing weight is not abt exercising alone coz' exercising also build muscle mass, u need to learn to control wat u eat too.It is basically a combination of exercise + diet. Of course, u must also find the right kinda of exercise for yourself. Not everyone is suitable for running, swimming..Sometimes, one needs to trial and error before finding the right exercise for yourself...

yes i agree that everyone must enjoy the sports for a start and continue regularly on it. however, i disagree that exercising will build muscle mass. With the right level of exercise, one can tone the muscle rather than to build mass and look bulky. And this is a misconception which people have about weights actually. We all need cardio to a certain extent but how about working out your inner thighs, biceps,triceps? these areas which without professional assistance, it could pose harder to tone these areas which are stubborn as we do not use these muscle groups as often.
