yes i agree that everyone must enjoy the sports for a start and continue regularly on it. however, i disagree that exercising will build muscle mass. With the right level of exercise, one can tone the muscle rather than to build mass and look bulky. And this is a misconception which people have about weights actually. We all need cardio to a certain extent but how about working out your inner thighs, biceps,triceps? these areas which without professional assistance, it could pose harder to tone these areas which are stubborn as we do not use these muscle groups as often.
