
so what kind of exercise do i need to lose weight?
i want to lose around 10kg. ^^
i need to know waht kind works best other than running.

cuz my ankle is hurt and the doctor says i can't do too much vigorious exercise.
and my skipping doesn't seemed to work... cuz i don't really sweat when i skip, just panting. ^^ how many times and long do i need to skip a day?
and some other kind of exercising without buying equipment would be great. i'm a student and is really tight on budget. >_<
