Can try physiotherapy. It helps to relieve my back pain....each session of 1 hour is about $45.

If you have an acute problem try a physiotherapist, there isa good one by the name of Aized from Core Concepts (located inside Planet Fitness Suntec). Otherwise you can try Focus Pilates www.focuspilates.com.sg

Treatment for back pain

Post by TCCP » Fri, 07 Oct 2005 9:34 pm

Hi there,

Which part of the back is aching?
How frequent do you experience the pain?
Did you have slip disc problem?
Have you been watching your diet? Like did you eat too much cooling stuff?

Going to physio can only relieve the pain, but not getting to the root of the problem. You can call me at 9671 8742 and see if I can be of further help.

Take care.

Perhaps u shld visit an orthopaedic (bone) specialist first to determine the root of your back problem.

There are stretching exercises which you can do at home to strengthen your back besides treament from a chiropractor. Ask your doctor/chiro/physiotherapist for the exercises. They should be able to instruct you.

Kevin Macline, is there a reason why you are dredging up year old posts? Once more and you are history here. We know what you are doing and it doesn't fly on this board.
