Tampons

Post by Bee » Wed, 28 Sep 2005 5:49 pm

I have looked in heaps of places and so far it seems there is only one choice on the market :( The brand I have found is called o.b. and they're alright, but a little "fluffy" and I fear, unsafe.

Does anyone know if Carefree or Libra tampons are available here? And why there is such a shortage of selection?

Thanks ladies. :)

Do you mean they are the same product under a different name? Seems strange if they are, cause they actually seem very different.

But thanks for your replies gals, I appreciate it.

Cinder, I shop at Great World often, so will check out Guardian next time I am there, thanks :)

Hi Bee, Yes same product, different name. I was a carefree user in Oz and bought a few boxes with me (2 years ago), when they ran out I started using OB and find them ok. Maybe different from the Carefree now in Oz.

Some phamacy carries a few brands, I'm using tampax. Prefer tampons which comes with applicator. My clumsy hands have trouble with ob..... :P
