Can anyone recommend a hairdresser for me? I highlight my very thin hair in the USA, and I need to find a western hairdresser in singapore who can do my hair. I need someone skilled, as I do not have much hair to begin with.
I live in shanghai(no luck with haridressers here) but make frequent trips to Singapore, and I will be there next week(first week of october). Recommendations, please!!!
