Your best bet would probably be factory outlets. I've bought 40inch waistline pants there before.

Try Mustafa shopping Centre in Serangoon Rd (Little India). At least for T-Shirts & shorts, they have Triple XL... Too large for me!!

For shirts I now get them made by a tailor. It's not that expensive and no more worries about the size.
