LPR = PR ??

Hi all,
To all the recruiters out there. Would you or your company treat holder of LPR to be on par with PR holder in term of of wanting to recruit 'Only Singaporean or PR need to apply'?? Thank you for your feedback. Cheers.

It stands for Landed Permanent Residence. It is a in-principle approval of PR pending satisfaction of job acquisition or relocation of family to Spore. Any feedbacks from recruiters welcome. Thanks
