Getting a preowned car in Singapore

Post by Scatter_bird » Sat, 17 Jul 2004 4:48 pm

Singapore is such a hot country, so getting a car to move around is almost a must, unless you don't mind pespiring a few cupfuls of sweat daily.

However, new cars are too expensive. Depreciation is sky-high the first couple of years.

Any recommendations on where to look for preowned cars?

I have tried looking at classified ads, but i find information very limited there.
I have also tried looking at http://www.sgcarmart.com, but still can't find a suitable car.

Care to share where to go to view preowned cars without hassle?

Hi Scatter_bird

If you are an expat, it's not really worth for you to own a car - be it a brand new or second hand. Also, insurance might be higher.

My suggestion is that you can look at leasing of a car, which include unlimited mileage, road tax, insurance and maintenance. Feel free to email me the preference of your car and I can provide the cost of leasing to you asap.

Regards.
