They decided to rename Hurricane Rita to my ex wife's name, because she sucked up everything . . . (this has no sexual nor drug-realted innuendo)

Combining information in posts here and there is drawing a picture of your ex-wife looking like a pretty blond sucker...

And a psychologist would say you were traumatised pretty badly by her, since she still pops up in your memory (when you compare her to a hurricane... ).

Gotta admit now that I am thinking of it, I would characterize my ex-girlfriend pretty much like you do with your ex-wife, must be the blonde hair...

Speaking of the French, did you know that the toyota MR2 didn't sell too well in France because if you say M R 2 in french is sounds like Emm Err deux, similar to merde - so it was the poo car :D

I have heard of other such marketing mishaps, such as the curry sauce sold in England that had an Indian name for diahoreah.

Speaking of the French
Must we? Ok, for CD's sake . .

When an old company I used to work for released a new Software product, they named it Ramp Software. Everyone thought that was pretty cool, except for those of us based in Holland where ramp means disaster . . .

Mitsubishi Pajero is a no-go in Spanish-speaking ountries where Pajero is slang for wanker . . .

'Hey, there goes the wanker driving his wanker-mobile' Not good for sales . . .

Ok, for CD's sake . .

Anyway, I am cutting into my own flesh by this . . .

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Lol, c'mon now, it takes two to tango. Can't be that your ex was the monster and you the perfect angel.
Anyway, the only angel in this world is yours truly. :D

Btw Vaucluse, I like men who obey. :P
