I'm currently in a very confused state with all these immigration issues & hope someone out here with the same experience could give me some advises on what to do.
I was granted SPR in 1999 under Skilled Worker Scheme. I got married in 2001 & moved to France. My REP expired in 2004. We are due to return to Spore again end of 2005. My husband will be on P1 EP.
My questions are:
1) Can I reinstate my PR? What are my chances? If I need to get a job before trying to reinstate my PR (I still have my blue IC)?
Just want to know did anyone here succeed in reinstating their PR status after an expired REP?
2) Or should I have to go through the channel of getting a Dependant Pass, Letter of Consent (LOC), then EP, then PR again? Or through the LPR channel? (My husband's company will get our family on dependant pass).
