HI

anyone have any suggestions of good serviced offices in singapore looking around the CBD area

I've got serviced offices from Servcorp on Battery Road... primo space. They also have offices in Suntec city. They are vrey professional but perhaps not the cheapest. It gives me a class A office and a great view of Indonesia.

The norm for aircon servicing is quarterly (with receipts), but there are somewhat landlords who are ok with 4month intervals as well....
