The first is opposite to give structure to hair, which means to reduce volume. Layering if you want to have layers so your hair gets more lenghts however gets more volume. does it make sense?

I have thinning hair the middle of my scalp. Layering sounds like the best way to cut this type of hair so that I have more volume.

Who can do this cheaply and well in Sing? I've had many disppointments with high-priced salons and stylists so now I'm ready to try a $10 haircut place. Where should I go?
