Career Opportunities for the Pharmaceutical/Medical Field

Hi. I have recently accepted a job offer in Singapore and my partner (we're not yet legally married) plans to follow, live and work in Singapore. Currently my partner is one of the top Professional Medical Representatives of Glaxxo Smithkline. We are thinking if my partner can get another job in the same field. My partner is a licensed Physical Therapist. Do you think we'll have a hard time looking for work for my partner?

If you know a portal, or any career opportunities related to the medical field please let me know.
